  Cashiers are rude, guys don't wear hair nets or gloves when they touch food it grossed me out he touched the remote to the TV and the clips everyone is handling even the cashier that deals with money. This place use to be a good place to eat at. We asked to speak to the manager and the person we were complaining about is the manager, As I told him what I saw he knew he was wrong cause shortly after telling him he washed his hands. Sad to say but this place has gone down when the food use to be so good. We got our money back thank God cause I probably would have left without eating, even if they didn't. Lucky them they did or I'd be calling health inspection.

  There was a long line, but that's to be expected. When we gave the lady our order, she kept taking deep breaths like it was too much to deal with. She asked for the name and my boyfriend gave her his name and she made a comment "ugh it's always under the guys names not the women's" and shook her head. that was not called for and. What the hell does it matter if it's under the guys name? I asked her was it an issue? And she ignored me. They rang up our order and we waited. Took awhile but wasn't a big deal, when we got our order my fries were missing. My bf went up to get them and the cook gave him a look and slammed the receipt down in front of him saying you werent charged for the fries however the fries were written down on the order. My bf stated they wrote down fries for my burger but he continued to say we weren't charged for them. I don't understand why the young lady that wrote our order down had such an attitude like she was forced to work here against her will. The cook apologized after bringing the fries which was very nice of him and appreciated. But I would advise getting someone else to write down orders since she was in a horrible mood just for writing orders down. We may or may not return. Plus side though, the food is good.

  Best spicy chicken fried burgers and strips around. The pizza was amazingly fresh and delicious with the best onion rings and homemade fries. The service was friendly and fast. Will recommend to anyone looking for great american food. Never disappointed. 5 stars guys.

  Bad service from the person who took my order on 03/15 at 845 pm. She got upset and raised her voice when I asked her to repeat herself once throughout the whole order.
  
  One star because I can go to whataburger for a tastier burger that's less expensive and people who give attitude are held accountable for their actions. This place, according to the reviews, has a history of this lady giving attitude.
