  Awful handling of improvisation. First, if lights go out because of a storm, you don't lash out at customers like it's their fault, especially if you are a manager.
  Secondly, if you serve a drive-thru plate and the register doesn't work, you don't make customers wait indefinitely until the "system" works again. People go through the drive-thru window normally because they don't have the time. Besides, food goes cold.
  Thirdly, you might want to consider giving away the plate, because losing a customer is worth far more than 9 bucks. Dickey's down the street treated me far more better.

  I have purchased breakfast tacos at the Culebra & 1604 location for the 3rd time this morning. I purchased the box of 12 tacos ,and this is the 3rd time my tacos are DISGUSTING. The potatoes taste OLD and the beans are cold and nasty, and left a bad after taste GROSS. I will not be returning. I have sent an email to corporate in hopes that no one else wastes their money on nasty food!

  The food was kind of gross. The staff was very nice though. It depends on what you concider bbq I guess but I expected more.
