  First attempt we were sat at the bar area, at the only clean table. After a good 20 minutes of no service or greeting we left. Next day attempted lunch....45 minutes waiting, and they we only moderately busy. Our server came by once and promised 5 minutes until food. So another 15 minutes elapses and as we get up to leave, the server finally has our food. It was dry and looked sloppy. This location seriously needs to work on cleanliness and customer service. And 45 minutes for 10 wind is rediculous.

  Got here and the girls working said the wait will be 45 minutes....they have enough workers and they've made us wait over an hour and a half. We literally saw people that got here at the same time as us sit, eat and leave and we were still waiting!!!! Been coming here for years and they are getting worse and worse everytime we come here. Looks like if we want wings we'll be going to Wings Stop from now on. It's almost as if they don't wanna work and want to take their time. I've worked at restaurants for over 10 years and have managed them too and have never experienced this type of service at other places like this knowing they get busy.

  First and last time going here. My husband and I went after work about 1 am and knew we had an hour before they closed. There was no one there and it still took forever to get seated by someone. Our waitress came to take our drink and food orders and never saw her again. While waiting for our order, which took 30 minutes for wings and fries, the manager came around telling us we had 5 minutes before they ask us to leave. I checked the time and it was only 1:45. As soon as we got our food we had to box it up ourselves because the manager told us it was time to leave. As we walked out no one cared to ask if we paid. We asked for our ticket and to girl just told us "thank you have a good night". We had to look for our waitress so we could get the check. NEVER GOING BACK
