  Terrible service, ghetto employees. When placing my order in the drive through the girl interrupted me several times. All other fast food services in this area are much better. My food was cold and they tried to replace it but it was cold and incorrect again. Never going back.

  I love Burger Kings burgers, but every time we have eaten at the Bandera location it's filthy. Tables are sticky and have leftover food. The chairs are dirty, floors are dirty with food and we sat at a table once and the window sill had not one spider but two spiders and a cob web with dead flies in it!..we moved to another table and that one had ants all over the food left on the table, so we asked if we could take our food with us a d left. Now we don't eat in house anymore. So here we go through the drive thru and this young girl working the drive thru and the front register takes our order, as we pull up to the pay window she hands us our sodas tells us very pleasantly our food will be ready in a bit, I'm like cool. We take a drink of our soda, all carbonated water no syrup. This older guy opens the window yells out at me, "What?" I say, "Our sodas have no syrup." He snatched them out of my hand, turns around that young girl asks him if there was a problem and he literally pushes her out of the way and throws the 2 sodas in the trash. I told her, "It's nothing you've done sweetie, they just didn't have syrup." I told her not to worry we would take something else. She politely gave us fresh drinks. I told her she didn't have to take someone else pushing her like that.That was considered workplace violence and I was going to report him. Poor girl continually apologized for him. Wow! Burger King!.. these are the people you all hire?
