  This was the first time I've tried this location and the customer service was terrible. There was 0 professionalism here. I was greeted at the drive by a "what you want". And before I could finish my order I was cut off by a "are you done, is there anything else I can getchu". They person who rung up my order had to charge my card multiple times because she kept forgetting to add things. I am huge on customer service, and I didn't find that here.

  Our food took 20 minutes with 1 couple ahead of us. The place was very dirty. Food, spilt drinks, and trash all over the floor, tables, and chairs. One lady behind the counter was working to try and make it right. She took orders, tried to get the food going, and tried to start cleaning; however, when customers came in she had to stop cleaning and wait on them while the manager and one other employee sat in the managers office laughing. One lady was working the drive through while the fifth employee did nothing unless told to. Then I had to argue with the manager when I told her we did not get all of our order. She said I already have it to you and I had to show her that no she did not. New management is badly needed her. Now one hour after eating I have not left the restroom. DON'T go here unless you need a good colon cleansing!!!

  We have gone here off and on for a few years now and they are usually friendly and the service was on the good side of what you would expect from Burger King. Also, their windows are tinted pretty dark, so it looks closed all of the time.

  i been coming to this Burger King for a couple months now. Nothing but awesome!! It's sad to see them have a 2.3 rating. There is times that I can tell they are struggling with low workers but still manage to hand out a satisfying meal. I read the other comments and obviously those people haven't came around lately. The restaurant is for the most part very clean what I can see. You can tell the manager for the lunch period knows what she is doing. Always looks calm every time I come in even though there is a lot of people!!! I would struggle I know that! Keep up the good work everyone!!

  If I could give this place NO stars, I would. We live 5 minutes away and this is the closest BK to us. We have given this place a shot 6 times already! Each and every time giving it the benefit of the doubt. The first 5 times it's that they don't have Whoppers. They say they ran out of their main meal?? They said they don't serve it past a certain time, then they said they just ran out , then they said their broiler is out. We are NEVER going here again. We are having to driver 15 minutes out because this place is ran by people that don't know what they are doing . Get it together before someone goes to complain to corporate. This place should just be shut down it's giving BK a bad reputation.
