  Customer service was horrible. They literally threw whole pieces of sausages into our breakfast burritos (which were already falling apart and badly wrapped). I witnessed a cashier throwing crumpled up napkins into another customer's bag. There was at least 5 customers waiting in line with no one attending them and waited to the point where 1 man just walked out of the restaurant. One of the employees was carrying boxes of supplies, had several food items fall out onto the floor, and put them right back into the boxes. One employee, named Hailey I believe, was told to attend to a customer, sighed LOUDLY and rolled her eyes before doing what she was told.
  
  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Some of these employees made Burger King look very bad.

  This used to be the best BK in San Antonio. Twice in the past month they've either given me someone else's order or not included my items. I just left there, my order was a whopper and nuggets. Got home and all I had in the bag were the 10 PC nuggets. Paid with a card so I call to get it refunded. They ask me to come pick up the burger. It's 5 o'clock traffic. I am not going back there then they tell me I have to take my card to get a refund. I own my own restaurant, I know for a fact you do not. You can give a partial refund by inputting the numbers manually or maybe since YOU forgot to put my burger in the bag just cancel the invoice before you batch out so you don't even need to do a refund. An other thing you don't need the card to do. Management is just lazy or absolute imbeciles.
