  Food was not made fresh I ordered a sausage croissants and got a sausage that could be used as a Frisby it was so overcooked, when I complained the kids there were real nice but got a cold sandwich and the sausage was only mildly better. There is a good reason the ratings are very low....

  Burger King corporate would be very disappointed in this store. Just about every order is wrong, nobody has a decent attitude or seems like they even want to be here. Management here needs to take a hard look not only at employees but them self too. One customer found hair in her food. General consensus of all customers is not a good experience at all!!! Store is also very unorganized, dirty and mismanaged. I'm sure others along with myself will not be back here. What a SHAME!!!

  Staff is very friendly and have never had a problem at this store. Regretfully they no longer have crispy tacos, however the staff provided me with plenty of the taco sauce to remember them by.

  I've had mixed results visiting this location. Food quality and customer service at this location is totally unpredictable.
  
  Missing items, wrong items, items out of stock and wrong prices. I've argued with managers here in the past.
  
  Then I visit and get fresh tasting food, everything prepared fast, and get friendly customer service at the drive thru window.
  
  I don't know if its management, or owners, or what, but it seems the experiences go both directions.

  This place is getting worse and worse. I ordered a loaded croissant meal. I had two bottom pieces, only sausage and no cheese. The coffee was cold and served in a soft drink cup. The hash rounds were cold dry and stale. This is the last time i will go to this place. Its not hard to see why this place is so terrible, just look at the employees they hire. Talk about bottom of the barrel. Good news is that I did not diarrhea, hep c or worse from eating here. I'm sure its just luck though.
