  Great burger combinations available. Easy to order menu and the shakes are great. The service is just a little slower than expected.
  
  Edit: I ordered to-go in the store and they treated it like a pick-up order and with the lowest priority. I ended up waiting an hour for my burger and food. Next time I go, I will say that it is for here and then have them place it in a bag after.

  Burger was good, but waaaay overpriced! Bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and a soft drink over $16! And San Antonio doesn't even have a ridiculous minimum wage. Better off going to Babe's or Bobby J's.

  First time to burgerfi, custard machine was down apparently. Eh, that's fine. However, this place is for those with money to spend. Burger was shockingly small and really expensive. If you are really into eating a natural burger than look elsewhere because the portions at burgerfi are incredibly small. I basically swallowed my 20 dollars and was left feeling extra hungry.

  A great place to get a unique and quality burger / sandwich. A modern interior rounds out the touches in this fast casual place. The prices are a bit on the high side for sandwiches. The fries are excellent and a must!
