- 1 / 5By Lisa GoveaJust went through the drive thru which was a 2 lane and they skipped us not once but twice. When management came on all they could do was say its OK they will be right with you but no apology or anything makes. Me wonder how important customers are to them. They used to have great customer service now they are going down the drain with the management. Food great but customer service is horrible. This is the 3rd bad customer service experience I have had at this location. If only their was one closer to where I live.January 19, 2017
