  I had an unpleasant experience with the manager and server in Chacho's in Bandera Leon Valley after paying for my meal the server refused give it to me because she said the ticket was canceled I show her the receipt and she still not wanted to give it to me ,the manager came and did not say nothing just looked at the ticket and she said then I pay for your plate she did not have to pay me something I already had paid the manager don't said nothing to her I let the server said curses,I had to ask for the return of my money. There is mismanagement in this restaurant they prefer to lose costumers .The restaurant was very dirty and very few customers, workers were playing instead of working, the food is served reluctantly ungloved
