  The food is consistently good and the kids love the indoor play area; but this trip to Chick-fil-A on Austin Hwy was different. The staff was rude. For the first time I am disappointed with the restaurant chain. The order taker/cashier was obviously irritated when I asked a question about the recently changed children's menu and she could barely bring herself to make eye contact and speak in a clear and audibal tone when I placed my order. I got the distinct impression my placing an order for my three year old was a bother to her. Even more surprising was the manager, who was standing right beside her, appeared to not care about her rude behavior. I have always enjoyed coming to Chick-fil-A in the past. The kind and helpful staff really made it worth the trip, but maybe those days are over. There are plenty of other restaurants with play areas.

  Wonderful.Gina.employee @ this location. Treated me like family. She had time to talk to me. She is young and I am old. This is my first time@ this location. I will be back because of Gina.all employees@ this location are wonderful to me and other customers

  An awesome place, we went through the drive thru to get a quick bite after picking up my husband who was traveling. All the interactions we had were wonderful, they were all very nice and we enjoyed joking with them. I highly recommend and plus, they have waffle fries!
