  It's ok... Applebees is better in food and price. Fried Pickles are super thick, extra oily.

  Incredibly slow service! We ordered bottomless soup and salad which you would think would be fast items and it took forever to bring a simple house salad. The place was not even busy. Then took forever to bring the soup after we finished the salad. It's almost like they did it on purpose because we ordered bottomless. Bad service all around. This Chili's sucks! What a waste of time and money!

  Worse service ever!! I placed an on line order which I never got!! I arrived at the restaurant and was told by the lady cleaning the window door that the restaurant closed at 10pm it was 9:00! Some other lady walked by and I told her I was only their to pick up an order she asked for my name and walked away she then came back and asked for my name again went to the bar and asked a third time for my name!! She then claim she misheard me and that my order would be right out I waited for 15 mins and then decided to take a sit in the waiting area I saw 3 couples walk into the restaurant and all had drinks and one got their appetizers. It's now 9:35pm and another couple walks in and of course they seat them down and get their drinks it's now 9:45pm and they still can get my order to me which was order before I even left my house!! It's incredibly ridiculous how long they took and I still walked out with nothing!! It's now 9:50 when I decided to get up and walk out bc according to their app my food should have been ready at 9:00pm!! Horrible service I didn't even get my drink!!!
