  No more tokens! $5 would let you play 20 games (20 tokens) now $5 on a "card" gets you 15 credits (15 games). It's also very easy to accidentally waste your credits if you accidentally swipe the machine over and over (which kids tend to do). One token games is what made Chuck E Cheese fun not the case anymore. I'm sad!

  The service was terrible for my grandson birthday they had four little bullies running around pushing little kids off there games I notified manager just kind of looked and went to the back stood in line for 20 minutes just for two drinks. There was one cashier and she was unsure of herself . The manager needs to get his act together on person on peak hours.

  Had to schedule a last minute birthday party for our 4 year old due to heavy rains ruining what was planned to be an out door party. The reservation system was very easy to use, and we had no hiccups when we arrived. Their General Manager came to use at least 4 times to make sure all was going great, and our party hostess was attentive and kept us on schedule.
