  Do not, for the love of all that is good, leave this place without first inspecting your meal. On multiple occasions, I have had items missing or incomplete. Either missing chicken pieces or a large instead of a family upgrade. I have called corporate more times than I can count and nothing has ever been done. I have also called the restaurant directly and while one manager is willing to make things right by offering a meal free of charge... When I finally do go down to pick it up, no one there knows what the heck I'm talking about. They all huddle together and start whispering, only to come back to tell me they can't do anything without a receipt. Keep in mind the first manager took my name and number so I wouldn't need a dang receipt. But they were completely oblivious.
  
  Just do yourself a favor... And travel further down to the Church's on Palo Alto. It will save you the trouble of having to call up these mofos and not have anything rectified. Or better yet... Go to Golden Chick. Their chicken is a little more, but so much tastier.
