  This place needs to get with the program. The service is sloppy, They never have jalapeño cheese bombers hot enough or when they give them to you, there's no cheese inside. The chicken... Its okay but they never have spicy...i mean, really? Its on the menu. Last but not least, they are really lacking in hospitality. No nice greeting at the window and certainly no smiles. Terrible customer service.

  We've been to this location 4 times. Usually I give up on the 3rd chance but its the closest location to our home. Every order I've placed here they've gotten wrong. One time they placed my mashed potatoes on the SIDE of the box of chicken in the bag and I didn't see this until when handed to me via drive thru window it curshed the mashed potatoes and SPEWED Hot gravy and potatoes all over me and the inside of my car.
  We will be driving further away to another location from now on because I can't be bothered giving this place anymore chances. Barely get 2 stars because the chicken is always good.
