  They charged me for other people's drinks then refused to refund my money. It had been a month and I'm still waiting for a refund from my bank.

  The service was good and the bartenders treated us with courtesy each time. The drinks were well made; I received a frosted mug for my beer. The place seemed clean; the bathrooms were clean enough but not spectacular. The few gripes I have concern the management, if there was one present, and then the bar theme. The place seemed like it needed a manager to coordinate the service. There were for bartenders but all kept focusing on one side often ignoring 25% of the bar. Circular bars are notorious for that so it takes active monitoring to keep me from flagging one down ten minutes after I've been looking for a drink. Also, the manager needs to police up the staff: the DJ was digging into a bag of McDonalds right at the bar, not professional. And second, it is not a pub. I like the decor of the place but it is more of a lounge than a pub. To complicate the image further, they played dance/electronic music... There is no dance floor. That one threw me. Music is key for me and I only found it awkward and obnoxious. Play some classic rock, it would suit much better. Overall though it was pleasant but there are some needed improvements.
