  Placed an order for 27 dozen variety donuts for a company event in advance. I placed the order over the phone on Wednesday and submitted payment of Thursday for a Friday pick-up. When I went to pick it up there was no receipt so I was told that they would send it to me because they were unable to reprint a receipt from a prior day's sale without their manager. That following Monday I called to let them know that I hadn't received the receipt and that I needed it ASAP. I was told by the employee that he would have to have his manager print the receipt because again since it was from a prior day he couldn't do it either and there were not managers on site. He got all my info again. I called back on Tuesday at 3:18pm and again at 4:49pm got the same spell. No managers on site to assist was told they would leave my contact information for a call back. I called today, 2/15/2017, and I finally got the store manager on the line. She stated she was not even told about the request and that she would take care of it. Provided my email address to send it to. Called back 10 - 20 mins later to provide a fax number in case their emails get quarantined when being sent to me and was informed that the owner had to come up to reprint the receipt because the manager did not have the ability to print receipts from the previous week. The manager was not even sure when the owner would be in but advised me that i would definitely get the receipt today, 2/15/2017. I didn't hear back so i called again @4 and found out that the manager had left for the day and had not left anything or any information with the employees. I was told to call back the next day and that there was nothing he could do. When I stressed that the matter could not wait he asked me to call back in an hour so he could try to contact his manager. 2/15/2017
  4:50pm update. Called back on my cell, a friends cell, and my office phone and am now getting a "your call cannot be completed" message.
  5:00pm Contacted corporate office and filed above complaint
  5:19pm Tried calling the store again. Now the phone rings for a bit and then the call ends.
  5:25pm got a call from the manager ask to give them until tomorrow to get the receipt to me. Informed them about their stores phone "issues".

  The service was fast but I wouldn't say it was friendly. I guess for somewhere you want to get in and out fast, they do well.

  Bad experience here. Didnt have any of seasonal pumpkin doughnuts. Drive through always long wait. Check orders before you leave

  It's really pretty awful. Often a long wait in the drive through and I've even been told they're out of donuts before.... 24/7 donut shop, out of donuts. Baffling, but it's the only donut shop around, so...
