    Food is good but service is lacking. I went in to pickup an order, and it took them 30 minutes to get me an Iced Tea. I had to ask a different waitress who's response was "you just have to track one of us down." No, maybe you should be more attentive to your customers. Especially ones who already have their food and are just waiting on a drink you already said you were getting. Don't tell me you'll have my tea right out and then disappear for 30 minutes.
