  Great folks working there....
  Thank God someone with a brain realized that the bread should be closer to the bakery...cause bread is a bakery good... It just bugged me that you had to walk like 6 isles to find bread...sorry...common sense "koodos"to whomever changed that isle.

  I'm a huge fan of H-E-B as a whole but this is definitely not their best location. It's hit and miss for fresh food and they don't carry a lot of things. I end up having to go to the 281 or Blanco location to get everything I need for cooking. Also, they are consistently undersold by the meat market nearby. Still, solid as a basic H-E-B.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Was treated like trash! OWEN IS THE RUDEST HEB EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER MET! Hes lazy and extremely rude.he made us wait 20 minutes before he checked us out!he was just standing there the whole time waiting for someone else to come do it! Noone came. He acts like hes doing you a favor. How is he doing me a favor? Im handing my money over and hes gettin paid to be there right? Hes worthless. His id tag said been there 20 years. Wow i can only imagine how many customer you guys have lost cuz of this rude worthless employee. Itwas my first time at this heb and my last! If i ever do go back and hes the only register open again i will leave the car full of groceries and make his lazy ass put them back away. This guy is just so so rude. On top of been rude he overcharged me so i went back inside 3 minutes later. He was rude again. And to top it off he was arguing with me om how much money i was going t be refunded! Its my money i deserve every penny that you overcharged me back!!!! It took him over 20 minutes to do my refund! So 20 minutes before to check us out and 20 minutes to refund me. He made me waste almost and hour just standing there! I had my 2 yr old son with me i dont need you wasting my time because your too lazy to check me out and because you dont know how to refund. But he decided it was up to him to decide how much i get back. I didnt even get an apology from him over charging me or "have a nice day" and he wears his headphones with his ipod. Really? Who listens to music while checking out customers!? How unprofessional! Wow heb. My husband worked for you guys for 3 years and hes always saying how heb has great customer service. Well not this heb! Theres not even a manager at the time i was there! The employees pretty much think they can do whatever they want! Because while i was shopping some lady was mopping the floor all around me like i was not there and she didnt put a wet floor sign.i could have fallen and sue you guys! What kind of employees do you have running the store at night. Worthless ones. *UPDATE* one of the managers called me 2 days later. Did i get an apology? Not really. She was defending her employee the whole time! She acted like she was there! She was not there so how does she know what happened. She kept arguing with me about everything. I would tell her well he did this and did that and for everything she had an explanation. Well maybe he didnt hear you because he had his headpohones on. Why did he have his headphones on to begin with!? You guys are a joke. Dont worry i wrote an email to the president mr boyan about your store and your "amazing" customer service. Hope to hear from mr boyan soon
