  Worst birthday dinner experience ever! I called Friday (1/20) and made reservations for 13 for the following day at 8 PM. The hostess even went and talked to a manager to make sure they could accommodate us. The next day we get there around 7:50 PM and told them I had a reservation for 13. The hostess looked concerned as if the restaurant was not prepared for us. They told us it would be 30-45 minutes because they didn't have any tables. So, we squeezed ourselves into the bar area and I had to explain to everyone who came at 8 that we were not being seated. No waiter/bartender or anyone came to serve us, so we eventually went up to the bar on our own to get drinks. About 30 minutes later I walked over and asked the hostess how it was coming and she now said "Sorry, are short staffed tonight so it will be a little longer". May I remind you it was a Saturday night. How are you understaffed on a Saturday night?? I went outside and started making calls to other restaurants in the area and was ready to leave. I went back to my friends and explained what was going on and had any of the other places I called had room for us on such a short notice, we would have left. Another 30 minutes pass and I go talk to the hostess again and was told the kitchen was now backed up. Finally around 9 we were seated... an hour after our reservation. So basically our reservation meant nothing because we would have waited an hour anyways had we just walked up. I wish I would have known my reservation would not have been honored, otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. it was my birthday and we had plans for later that night and didn't have time to waste. The manager did give us a couple of appetizers, but that didn't help my frustrations. When we finally got our food, my mashed potatoes were cold, and my girlfriends "4 ounce" steak was definitely not 4 ounces. It was a joke. Everyone was laughing at how small it was (see photo). It was probably 2, maybe...MAYBE 3 ounces.
  
  Anyways, it was a terrible experience. I won't be planning any big group dinners there again or even plan to eat there. Unless you are going just for the Texas Teas, I would not recommend this place.
