  I've come here a few different times, and there is a huge difference between the day shift and evening/night shifts. I had awesome service during the day. I ordered food, went through the drive through, and even got really great customer service at the window. On the other hand, whoever lets these kids run the place at night is a crazy person. On multiple occasions I've tried to go thru the drive through, after driving past several of the employees outside smoking. And like clock work, when I get to the drive through to order, the always have an excuse!! "The computer system is rebooting". "We're only taking cash." We're closed right now because the fryers are down." "The milkshake machine is down." I can't even begin to imagine how much business this location has sent across the street to Whataburger!! Get a new night shift crew!!

  Ordered a jumbo jack with cheese. Told them i want the vegetables but no condiments. Casheir doesn't know what a "condiments" is. I tell her no sauces she asks what sauces? I say no ketchup mayo or musturd. She says ok i get a burger no cheese and no veggies. But hey at least i got no condiments right?
  
  Update: went back again and this place still doesn't know how to make an order. This location will flat out rip you off if you don't check your order 100% I think the manager trains them too screw over customers. Missing burger and cheese burgers don't come with cheese.

  I went here last night with some friends and we received horrible service plus they called the cops on us. The cashier was extremely rude and inappropriate. The whole situation was blown out of proportion because she didn't want to admit that she was being rude. The district manager was worse. We couldn't reach and then when we finally did he didn't seem to care then he did. But it was only so he could try to pay us off so we wouldn't call his corporate office which I plan to do first thing in the morning. Do not go here. The employees are rude and crazy.
