  Excellent!!!! Staff ate really friendly and you cannot go inside with a frown. They will make you smile. I enjoy the mrning shift workers

  I hate to leave one star but it is deserved. The staff is 90% of the time rude. I go through the drive thru and they dont even speak to me! There is ALWAYS a wait, even when there are only two or three cars in front of you! Honestly i only go because of the pricing of the food.

  I am NEVER going back to this location. I decided to "dine in", which was something that I never did. I would always go through the drive thru, and ate at home. However, this time, I did it different. I ordered the breakfast platter, and when I got my food, I sat down to eat. I had taken a few bites when I found a food in my hair. Then, I actually found a SECOND hair in my food. They looked like pet hairs of some sort. I took it to the front counter, to tell them, and even show them the hair, and the young girl behind the counter called the manager to the front. The manager then argued with me that it wasn't a hair that they had put in there. Basically, she was calling me a liar. I have NO reason to lie about something like that. I told her that I wanted my money back, and that I was NEVER going to that location again. She looked like she had a HUGE chip on her shoulder. She hemed and hawed before she finally gave me back my money. I don't need the aggravation OR the frustration. I'll take my business elsewhere, as I have been doing for the past few months. I would also contact the main office, if I knew it would actually make a difference. I don't think it would. Sad, because I love Jack In The Box, but they will NEVER make another cent out of me at this location! If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I WOULD!
