  I visited Tuesday night and was over charged and didn't get what I paid for. I was also not given a receipt! I tried calling multiple times after the mistake happened, I would get a long beep sound then calls after would just give me busy tones. I was very upset that I paid $13 some odd dollars and only ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and one curlyfry with cheddar and bacon! I was finally able to get a hold of someone at the store the next day. He was not a manager, but only a team member. He was very understanding and sincerely apologized as I told him I visit often! He told me to come by, and he would help me out. I have been having a very difficult past few weeks, and this team member, Carlos, made my day a bit better with his encouraging words and assistance with my issue. The place wasn't the cleanest, and I had a bad experience prior to today. But overall, Carlos made it better. Thank you!

  Great customer service. Down to Earth people. I didn't know one of the supervisors "K" was a die hard Spurs fan but he made sure my order was correct and done in a timely manner. Keep up the great work!
