  Awful. Came desiring crab. We don't have one in Hawaii. Drove out here to have a crab bucket leak all over my apron and dress. Manager asked to give me a t-shirt, uh no thanks. When that wouldn't work he wrote on a new bib for me and asked to reheat my crab bucket. Reheat my crab? Now how does that work actually? Simply gross and odd. Is there a fresh leg shortage? Bahaha. Finally, the right response, he comped the bucket. Don't get me started on the female bathrooms with missing lock, a door that won't close properly, makeshift repairs and dirtiness. Never again! These franchises have really gone downhill. Sad stuff. On my way home with a smell dress and soon to be dress. Mahalo Joes. Smh!

  Worst service ever!! If you could rate zero this place in bodied it. Party of one took two hours no refills, for a salad and side of shrimp. Bussing tables didn't exist, I saw more lost waitress standing around talking than helping tables. Two couples walked out, I should have walked at too.. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME TURN BACK NOW!!
