  I come in almost every morning and I'm greeted with tired but happy smiles. When I get my number or letter, as in order number, they always have something cute to say that brings out a smile and laugh. I always get exactly what I order though once or twice the eggs over medium aren't right. Overall it's amazing. Great sophisticated music and clean atmosphere

  Never going back to this location. The "greeter man" was rude, telling me in a rude way as soon as we walked in and I sat down., "Sir, you have to get up from your seat, you have to wait in line like everyone else!" I wasn't feeling well, so my wife was in line with our daughter already. It's not so much what he said, it's in the tone and rudeness. Then my wife comes and tells me he's telling all the patrons in line there are no seats because of "that man over there." It was the most uncomfortable feeling. I spoke with his manager, he told me about their little rules at this location, which is not standard to the franchise! He never apologized. He cared more about their damn rules, than good customer service!
