  Got the half rack of ribs, delicious fall off the bone style ribs! Loved every bite of it. The bread was fresh, soft, and warm. Staff was friendly and attentive. Location is right off i-10, super convenient. I've been to land and cattle only to have terrible service every time, or told that they don't have the steak I ordered when they brought out everyone else food instead of notifying me in advance. This location and place is great! Worth it!
  Edit: went back two weeks ago, received great service again!! Ordered the ribs and when I wanted to try a new sauce for them but wasn't sure which one to pick, the waitress told me her favorite and brought them both out without me asking. Super friendly, super kind. Left words with the female manager that they are doing a great job. Keep up the good work!!

  I will first start with a positive note about this Logan's Roadhouse. The food was good, it would have been even better if we had received all of our food. But, we didn't. We waited 10 mins after being seated for a waiter. After the waiter came to our table took our drink orders, more time waiting. The waiter himself; personality didn't fit the job. The wait for our food was over 40 minutes. I would have totally understood if they were extremely busy, but they were not.
  When we finally received our food, we were told that our side items would be out shortly. We began eating our steaks.....still waiting for side items and no waiter. I waved down another waiter and asked for a manager. Had to wait for her too.
  We still at this point had not received our side items and we never saw the waiter again after he brought our food. When I spoke to the manager she was very apologetic and comped our meal. We still had not seen the waiter or our side dishes even after speaking to management.
  So long story longer, service was terrible from the waiter we had. The wait for our food was extremely long. And we did not get all of our food. If you like Logan's, pick another location, this one is badly mismanaged.
