  When we arrived we asked for bar seats and were placed in a booth near the bathrooms. When the waitress came to the table we asked for bar seats once again and we're seated at a different Booth closer to the bar. Our drink orders were taken and in about 30 minutes we finally received them. They were disgusting I didn't even drink mine and they were Mason jar mixed drinks some kind of specialty. Tasted like syrup. Eventually when our food order was placed there was an extremely long wait for the food. Since our waitress disappeared there was no one to ask why our food was taking so long. After an hour she finally did return while picking up the empty appetizer plates she asked if we needed anything else like dessert and gave us the ticket. I sarcastically said that our food would be great when she finally realize that we had not received our meals she half- heartedly apologized. Five minutes later the manager came back out with are cold food and served us. Normally I would have complained but honestly we have been in this horrible restaurant way too long .They did give us 20% discount which is good because that's the only amount of a tip the waitress received never going back again.

  Logan's used to be our favorite place to eat. It's still a great place with great food. They have good steaks. I recently had the kickin chicken salad and loved it. I'm always a fan of roadhouses where I can throw peanuts on the floor. Wait time for us on a Friday night was only 5 minutes.

  Sure there wasn't a wait to get seated, but that probably has to due with the long wait to get served, bad service, and cold food. This is the only time I've ever run out of water at a restaurant and never had an opportunity to ask for more. I asked for my sweet potato to be plain and they still covered it with butter and cinnamon. I didn't say anything when we got it, because we had already waited so long and I was really hungry. The ribs were cold, as were our other two friend's plates. You could tell they had our food waiting while they cooked my husband's steak. One of our friends had to ask a busser for hot sauce, who then asked another waitress, not ours, who got one for us. We asked our waitress to split our tabs and she messed up the receipts, putting different drink orders with the meals. By then we were just ready to get out of their and paid them as she had divided them. We will not come back here and will continue to go to Texas Roadhouse instead.
