  If I could give this place a negative star I would. It was by far the worst service I have received. We had a group party about 12 people. We called a day before, to make the reservations and what each person was going to order. Told them we have 1 hour lunch. The hostess told us that everything was going to be set up and ready to go. We had one person arrive 15m earlier, she told the hostess when she arrived. My friend stated that they ignored her and told her they would have to wait for the party of people before sitting her, even though the table was already set up. Are reservation was at 2:15pm half the group arrived at 2:17pm. Ignored 15 minutes, for a waiter to help us to get other drinks. The place is not even busy at all either. We wonder were our food is cause they told us that the food was going to be ready when we arrived there. Took them another 25m to get the food and two people missing their food in our group. All together 40-45 minutes to get the service&food. I got my food wrong, asked for no chicken and to add shrimp instead. They put chicken and shrimp, got charged for it . We asked for the manager, he kept making excuses and arguing. Stating that we should have emailed the managers box instead for this reservation and not the hostess. Just gave us 4 $10.00 bonus card which is a coupon stating you have to spend 30.00 or more to redeem. The waiter left my friends debit card on the side of a random table and dropped the bill on the floor. Another friend saw the card and told her. We were all in shock how horrible our experience was and just very disrespectful experience. It left us such a bad taste, that we didn't even finish our lunch and rush back to work.
