  I only ever come here for coffee. Just coffee!! When I've come the manager is just extremely rude. She is always in a rush to take my order and cuts me off when I try to clarify what she got wrong. Then (go figure) she gets my order wrong because she wasn't listening to me. It has been about 4 separate encounters with this same individual who is a manger at this location. when I've confronted her about getting my order wrong she will always fight the matter and says "You said this, you said that." In reality she won't be quiet enough to hear my order and get it right. Again it's just coffee I'm ordering with one cream and one Splenda on the side!

  Very disappointed other than the fact that their ice machine was broken they are extremely rude and rush you. Didn't even bother to put ketchup for my fries and was afraid to ask bc it felt like they were gonna bite me. Scary people that work there and respond loud and rude felt like we were getting served at a prison. Never again.
