  I've gone through the drive-thru and they've made alit of mustakes with my orders. Either they can't gear too well ir they're just to hurried to get the next customer out. Somwtimes feels like they are in a race.
  At night, it takes forever to take your order because they dont have enough workers to work the srive thru. Took so long I even thought it was closed.

  Waited in drive thru for 15 mins. My food was cold and I will agree it was my mistake for not checking before leaving. But when I returned to get my order replaced the cashier gave me attitude when I asked to speak to a manager. Took about 7 mins to finally speak with one and when I did she told me I wasn't able to replace my order because they were "too busy". Worst location ever. Drive a bit down to Alamo ranch or Bandera Pointe because they will mess up you're order. Staff has no respect and treats you like crap. Manager and worthless employees need to be fired and replaced. Worst experience of my McDonald's Love.
