  Restrooms were filthy. We had a huge birthday party group filling the party room. Only one guy taking food orders that was wiping his nose and handing out cups and change. The line went back into the party room so we waited in line to place orders. Every Oder coming out was missing something. The guy delivering our orders was bring us things were missing. My husband went to speak to the manager who turned out to be the guy delivering our food orders. Manager blamed the guy on the register. Checking our receipts the orders were keyed in correctly. The problem was in the kitchen not preparing orders correctly. Even after my husband spoke to the manager orders were not correct. When our group was walking out the doors the parking lot lights were turned off. We had a family member in a wheel chair, one with a cane and small children that keeping the lights on would have made us feel safe getting to our cars along with customers you still had inside. I hope these issues are corrected .

  Service is really fast. Staff is friendly. Lunch time can be busy. Burgers are very good. Like the seasoned fries. Good place to bring your kids as there is a large outside area to play in. Also has TVs to watch local sports games.

  We recently had our daughter's 2 year birthday here at MoMak's and the staff were extremely helpful. Very understanding about letting us come in before they officially opened to decorate the room and they were so kind and helpful with everything. We love coming here because of the multiple playground equipment options outside and the burgers are excellent. Great place to take the kids; not so great if you want a quiet, relaxing date! ;)
