  I love their bbq chicken w/ pineapple as an extra topping but the girl you have answering the phone right now has the worst customer service. She makes the most AWKARD & RUDE pauses and doesn't ask the basic questions. Oh but the only one she did ask she said it with such professionalism "What did you want?" She doesn't understand the simple concept of having manners while on the job. I understand she might dislike her job but that's not my issue to hear it over the phone with that rude attitude.

  Customer service is absolutely terrible and management seems to cover up for all the failures here . I too , had an incident of no hand washing and touching everything then going back to make with no gloves . management excuse ? Everything goes in the oven so we don't need gloves. Will never ever order from here again.

  Best ingredients, best pizza! I've never had a bad experience with Papa John's, and this store hasn't been any different. They are my go-to guys for pizza; I order about twice a month and always turn out satisfied.
