  Ordered pizza over an hour and a half ago. No show. No answer at store until the 6th attempt. Said they had to remake order and were waiting for a driver.

  Usually no problems here. Pizza always good. Tonight they ran out of new pan pizza that we ordered online. Called me on my way to swap it for a Med or large and would be another 15-20 minutes. 40 min later no pizza. Don't come here on a Saturday or busy football night. They can't handle it. The kitchen sounds like pure chaos.
  
  Update: told me it would be 5 more minutes 40 min after my order. 10 min later a different girl told me she had no way of knowing when of where my pizza was and seemed upset that I even asked. I got the manager and she said she'd look and then told me they'd remake my order an hour after my initial online order. They politely refunded my money and apologized for the inconvenience. They are trying hard but seem to be outnumbered. If I owned this Franchise I'd shut down for mandatory retraining before you loose all your customers. I kept thinking maybe I was on undercover boss or bar rescue it was crazy. They had lost pizzas piling up under the main counter not on the floor but almost. I'm off to 46th st pizza. Wish me luck.
