  I'm usually pretty understanding but after ordering, waiting 2 hours, I finally called and was told they didn't have my apartment number and tried calling me. Funny how this is the 2ND time in a row this has happened, when it's on my online receipt and I have no missed calls. I understand it might be just one person who made it difficult but do yourself a favor save your time and money. Go elsewhere.

  Called in to pick up the $10 any way you want pizza.. and the guy said: "that will be $15 and change" ... i asked him are they not doing to $10 special thats all on TV and the Internet? He says: "oh.. yes we are.. but you have to ask for that.. because we have to apply a coupon code". Why in the world of pizza would i be charged for a pizza that is Regular price and you are offering a $10 Promo?! .... bad customer service sir!
