  Normally I have a pleasant experience, except for tonight. The order was quoted to be delivered in approximately 30 minutes. Nearly 40 minutes later I got a call from an employee stating that they were out of a product I order. He didn't ask if I wanted to remove the product from the order, he just told me he had this as an alternative. Which I thought was rude. So I agreed to the other option and he said the order would soon arrive. So 20 minutes later I called to acquire about the order and was greeted be an employee that sounded very high or is just to slow for a fast paced environment. Once I finally spoke to the manager she seemed so unmotivated to handle the situation appropriately. She wasn't sincere about the inconvenience caused what so ever. If I were to order from this location ever again and were to experience a situation similar to tonight. I would definitely discontinue business with all Pizza Huts in the future permanently. BTW I got Dominos for my family instead.

  Place is nice, but this locations seems to me running very slow, my order always takes more that expected, I have always waited for it.
