  Threw my to go order in a bag with plastic utensils and all gravy containers touching my food... (Normally you get a box that keeps the food away from not so clean gravy and utensil packaging). Won't be coming back. (This is my 4th time eating here and every time I have not been happy with the end results.)

  Worst service I've ever received. The drive thru is supposed to be a quick and friendly service, I understand things need to be made fresh, but 25 minutes later...there is lack of communication with someone there. In addition to the tardiness, get home after a long day at work and the order is nowhere near correct. There were no fries, no apple pie but there was extra rice and cole slaw. The topping on the cake was all spicy chicken in lieu of the mild chicken that was requested. Will not go back, waste of money and time.
