  I was rushed at the drive through. Forgot what drinks I ordered. Once we got our food and parked to check the order. We didn't receive our order of fries. When i went inside. The lady seemed annoyed assuming she can tell I was kinda upset. I talk to her nicely and told her i didn't get any fries. She said they are cooking. So not only I went through drive through and had to come inside. I waited extra 10 mins on so fries I should have received. Once i got them and went home. I bite into my chicken to find out it wasn't't spicy chicken but regular. I am very upset and never going to this place again.

  Was calm and waiting in line and i was told to wait 20 minutes and i did than she said another 20 minutes so I spent a hour in line and i wasnt that mad till she forogt some of our food and just handed it to me and didn't say anyhting just gave and said bye

  This location SUCKS. I have came here plenty of times & never fails, they always mess something up. You ask for spicy, they give you mild chicken instead. You ask for sauce and they forget it. Not only that, customer service always sucks, they are always so damn rude like tonight for example the lady at drive thru didn't even greet with a hello when we drove up, first thing she said was "What can I get you" absolutely no manners what so ever & as always we asked for spicy chicken & they gave us mild chicken & THE WORST PART IS THE CHICKEN STRIPS & FRIES WERE NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY!!!!! We will no longer come back to this location ever!!!! Need some better workers!
