  I was informed, that since they forgot to give me my two pies, that I could receive four for the inconvenience, since I drove from a different side of town. When i was back on that side of town, I went to collect my pies and I paid for two meals. But, the manager argued that she would only give me one pie, because I didn't write the manager's name on the receipt, that I handed them, and they could not find my name written down. I told her that I paid for two, I drove back on that side of town for two and they owed me at least the two. She refused, so I returned my meals and asked to speak to a second manager, who left the window to look for my name, but never returned. However, after waiting a few minutes, the window clerk handed me two pies. I can understand them not caring about losing business with me, since I don't live nearby, but I don't understand them losing $10 over a $1.59 pie. It doesn't make business sense.
