My dad stopped by the bakery about a week ago to place an order for a cake for my mom's 60th birthday. The staff wrote down the details of the order and we paid up front. When my dad went to pick up the cake a week later, the same staff members went to look in the back for the cake and had no cake and no record of the cake. We were humorously offed a piece of cheesecake instead... I am not sure what they expected us to do with one piece of cheesecake to celebrate my moms 60th birthday... Anyways, because we had the receipt for the cake we were able to get our money back but we will not be returning to the bakery as long as it continues to be run by an incompetent staff.June 03, 2016
