  I've been to Sapporo!s very many times and for the most part I love it! The staff is nice and the owner is great. I'd honestly give it 5 stars, if it wasn't for one problem.
  When the owner isn't around it's seems like the rest of the staff drops the ball.
  The first time it happened, I thought "it's probably just an off day for them, it happens." I used to be a server, I was a manager, it really does happen.
  Then, I started noticing the only constant when these "off days" happen is that my favorite person(the owner) isn't running around(when busy) or greeting people(when slow).
  This really bothers me, because this place is awesome! You can really tell the owner puts a lot of herself into this place, and to see her staff completely drop the ball when she isn't around sucks.
  Her management/supervisor team really needs to step it up and uphold the same standards as she does.
