  Good sandwiches, great franchise owned and operate. I've been going here for years and never had any complaint. Highly recommended to everyone interested in a hot sandwich.

  I guess I blame myself for not checking, but I just assumed 3 orders were simple enough to get correct. Turkey and guacamole sandwich had nothing but ends of the tomato, not good. My daughter's cheese pizza was more like cheese bread. I don't think there was any sauce on this pizza. We ordered a bag of sweet and sour chips and didn't receive. For almost 2 hours I've been trying to call Schlotzsky's and the phone line has been busy. Not very happy about this. I know it's just chips but at the end of the day I paid for them. And if I hear "please come back to receive my chips" I'm going to lose it.

  Always reliable sourdough bun with lovely meat, mustard, and veggies. The bread is crisp and I have loved it since 1973 when I ate my first one. Still love them.

  Very very very poor service. I waited close to 30 minutes for a child's meal. Worker told me they were busy with drive thru service. They got the order wrong... had to wait another 10 minutes.. They gave me 3 little apple slices with the child's meal that looked like someone threw the sandwich together ! My 8 year old could have done a better job.Experienced was the worst service I have ever had. The store on Evans by HEB is better.. The new management sucks !!!!
