- 1 / 5By Chrissy PenaThis evening I ordered a super SONIC bacon double cheeseburger, and there was only a spit of burnt bacon (added photo) so i spoke to the manager who at first thought nothing Was wrong, and then asked if he thought this was appropriate to serve. He replied with a hesitant no, and offered to take the burger to redo it, I wasn't comfortable with that option and ask him to instead send me some bacon back. He agreed. When I looked in the bag there were about 10-12 pieces of bacon.. SERIOUSLY??!! THANKS JERK...June 16, 2016
- 2 / 5By Rachel MartinMy food is usually right and comes out hot and fresh but the time it takes it get it is ridiculous. It takes them forever to answer and take your order after hitting the button. There have been a few times where the button times out because they never answered it and I have to press the button again, sometimes more than one timeout, just to get someone to take my order. The button takes about 5 minutes to time out by the way. The car hops are usually friendly and apologize for the wait, but when it's not even busy with maybe 5 other cars, it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get my food. They were also out of onion rings when I went for lunch at 12:15pm today.June 12, 2016
