  There is an older woman by the name of Linda who should not work in the service industry. She's testy and condescending. She picked the meat off a sandwich with her bare hands while training a newer person because she had put too much. How disgusting.

  I placed an order online and picked it up at the store. When I got home, I noticed one sandwich wasn't made correctly. It was missing several vegetables and had some items that I didn't order on it. I called in and was told she, the manager who I spoke with, made it personally and it was 100% correct. I was told to bring it in and she would look at it. I took it in, she proceeded to tell me how it was correct. I told her to check the receipt. She never once offered me an apology. She was more interested in arguing with me in front of her employees. It was at this time that one of her employees proceeded to tell me to "make it myself" and to "get a job you broke ass n*gg*r" as she walked out the front door. after I got my sandwich and got back to my car I was shocked to see that same employee had thrown her drink all over the roof of my car.

  They run out of Italian bread at 5-6pm, 4-5hours before closing. You deserve think they would learn to make more bread, instead of wasting everyone's time.

  Worker with a piercing is EXTREMELY RUDE. If you don't like your job find a new one. Oh and they ran out of bread on sandwich day. How terrible are your workers.
