  Had the huevos rancheros, pretty good. I could tell they put a lot of effort into it, but it didn't translate to more flavor. But the presentation was meh. And the green flavors that really define huevos rancheros dish? Totally hidden.
  
  To be fair, yes, the cheddar was good, and the house made chorizo is good (while it is a Mexican style chorizo, they use a bit more Spanish paprika for smokiness).
  
  And I get it, hotel food is overpriced, and that's okay. It's just true here too.

  Venue is beautiful, wait staff are attentive however the speed of getting food is unacceptable (we waited over an hour for lunch) Menu is interesting to say the least, never seen cheese Wizzzz labeled as an ingredient on a semi classy menu. Meatloaf was okay if a little dry, but Brussels sprouts were very nicely cooked. French fries were disappointing with no real flair to them s expected from this type of venue.
  
  Shame as had had high expectations comming here.
