  I went and bought 5 tacos and they are all crushed up and in pieces something needs to be done I saw the manager and he had an attitude the whole time this will be the last time you get my business and if I can I will be calling the health department due to how disgusting the store. Makes me nervous about my food. Don't give your money to this company until they fix the issues that I see everyone complaining but stand up and don't give money show them who is the one who pays there bills. Honestly it all lies on management get new management please and you will make more money garuanteed.

  I got to the drive thru lane at 10:50 p.m. After working a 13 hour shift at a local car dealership, as I pull up the cashier named Harley said one moment and I will be right with you. I said that's fine and began to wait. I am very patient and don't like complaining but after 15 minutes of waiting I finally spoke again in the intercom and asked if they were still open. Harley busted out laughing and said "I'm sorry I forgot you were waiting on me" and I asked her why she thought it was so funny and she busted out laughing again. I don't appreciate waiting for that long for some simple fast food and I definetly don't appreciate the fact that she thought it was so funny. I pulled up and asked for her name and why she thought it was so funny that she kept me waiting outside and continued to laugh about it. She had no response after she saw how serious I was. I never done one of these surveys and have never complained about a person in customer service but this experience was completely unacceptable and should have 0 tolerance. If it was a guy working the window I probably would've flipped out but it's hard to yell at a little girl so I maintained my cool but it is still unacceptable.

  Only go if you like waiting 30 minutes in line for drive-thru. Also - i tried to do the "tellthebell.com" site about my experience, but i only received a "duplicate" receipt and the survey code is not available on there. store number isn't included either, so i have no way to notify the official site to submit feedback. i asked the cashier what the store number was and she didn't know.
