  Stopped by the Taco Cabana at 4723 W Commerce Saturday 25 Feb around 4 pm. The manager was so attentive and helpful to a handicapped lady. He did everything for her and then some. All the time he had a constant smile on his face. It warmed my heart to see him do that. I was on my cell when my to go order was ready and I was so wrapped up on my cell that I missed the announcement. Who delivers my to go dinners with a smile? The manager! This manager knows all about customer service and sets the example through his actions.

  Horrible! Lady at the window does not know how to take orders correctly. 2 cars ahead of me had to give bag back because it was wrong. When I get up to window I had to repeat my order twice to her and 3 times to manager Carlos. Again...To the manager and he still got my order wrong after charging me extra for what I asked for. Called him to let him know and he said they are all made the same way and for me to drive across town to go get what it was missing. If someone has to repeat themselves 5 times(6 if I count ordering at the drive thru) you would think they would get the damn order right. Nope! Never again will I go to that Taco Cabana. You guys suck there! I would've never stopped at that one if it wasn't for me leaving work. You get 1/2 a star from me!!!
