  Food is good. Not sure why they handed a number to sit on the table and then called out the number for pick up. There seems to be many homeless or down trodden people hanging around this area.

  I normally don't like to complain about service since I've worked the fast food chain for about 5/6 years total but I'm very displeased with this taco cabana. I ordered for myself and my nieces while they waited in the car with my sister in law. I am 7 months pregnant and was just tired from the day. I swore i heard my number get called out but the girl gave the order to another lady. So i go up to the counter where i see what im guessing is the team lead or manager. I politely called out to her with no response so i call to her again, politely still, and she finally answers me in a rude tone and sounding kind of annoyed. I ask if my order will be ready soon (I've waited 15 minutes) she looks at me and says i already made that order and yells at the girl who gave my order away. They took my order away from the other customer and offered to remake my order but the lady that took my order never went through the food so i said no thanks. I hate to see food go to waste just because another customer touched my bag. She did apologize after but the way she answered me and talked to me before she knew why i was up there, was very unprofessional especially for someone who looked like she was a team lead/manager. Fast food can be alot to handle, i know! But i also know you shouldn't take frustrations out on your customers. Without customers they wouldn't have work. Please learn to be more polite to your customers.
