  My family ate here for the first time and I guarantee you it will be our last! We were not provided utensils with our bread and had to ask for a knife to slice our bread. After ordering our meal our salads came and as I was eating my salad I found a roach in my salad. It made me nauseous and sick to my stomach! I showed my server the bowl with roach and she showed it to her manager. The manager came by our table anen appologized and comped my meal but at this point I didn't want to eat anything else there. The guy that was bringing out our entrees kept bringing out the wrong food and it ended up being the other tables meals that were sitting next to us. They also let me pick a dessert for free because I refused to eat anything else that they made there in the restaurant. Will not be going back again.

  Loved the nice waitress behind the bar. Ordered the stuffed mushrooms, not much taste. Ordered the smoked sirloin, medium rare, great taste but dry, not sure how that can happen. Beer was cold though.

  When we got there, there was no one to greet or sit you down so we walked right in. There was a girl that came out and told us to hold on that we needed to be seated. She came at us like it was our fault we were just walking around while in fact it was her fault for not being at the entrance like she should have instead of playing "make up party" with her other coworkers. After she sat us down our waitress was a pretty bubbly personality Hispanic girl who made the experience 10x better. She was very polite and got our orders correct. Her service and personality made up for the complete idiot they had as a greeter.
  
  Side note: to get to the bathrooms you have to walk into the bar and take a sharp right and go into the elevator area for the hotel. The bathrooms are down the hall from the elevators. .
