  The concept is cool... build your own pizza. It was good and the place was clean. One staff member in particular seemed really interested in the company I work for (because the logo was on my shirt) and then she made a pointless negative comment. I came to try your place for the first time... I'll be back but hopefully she won't be there.

  I'll start by saying that I have Celiac, and that makes it difficult to eat out much anymore.
  I am amazed at the level of customer service that I experienced tonight. Everyone was delightful, from the person who asked me if I had a Gluten allergy when I asked for Gluten Free (thank you!), to the person who handed it to me once it was baked. Every single employee in the whole place had a smile on their face and were willing to help me out.
  From now on, I'll be singing praises of this Urban Bricks. Their pizza is great, their toppings selection is awesome, but their customer service? It's absolutely excellent.

  Great experience here with my family. Great service and staff. Love the customizable pizza concept! And beer choices were nice. Pizza was great and it came out fast.
