  Are there no good Wendy's anymore? The one on Culebra has this really gross guy working there and this one got my order wrong and didn't provide a receipt. I asked if I could have a receipt, they went back inside for 10 minutes, came back out and asked if I needed anything. I said "Yes a receipt" and he says "Sorry we can't get you a receipt" I ask if they charged me extra and the guy says "I don't know you can check your bank account". Are you serious? I think his name was Zack but I'm not sure. Short black hair, glasses, and buck teeth. Very annoyed. All I want is decent Wendy's, what is corporate doing? Wendy's used to be about quality what's happened? Prices have risen and quality has fallen. Disappointed Wendy's used to be my favorite. Guess I'll switch to Chik-Fil-A or Burger King. Tired of this crap.

  I went by the Wendy's Drive thru and my order was not properly completed...so disappointed!
  Does not take a genius to count 10 nuggets (given 9 ea. on two orders) ...and asked for 4 dip sauces when only given 2! I was not provided a receipt or cannot find a phone number for this store.
  I drove by 6:30 pm on 1/2/17.
  Maybe this store has people working the drive thru that cannot count at all. Go back to pre-school.
  My 3 yr. old grandson can do a better job!
